 I was in Atlanta this past weekend as part of the ELITE Team Leadership Conference. It was my pleasure to join fellow TNI executives Jeff Hill and Shane Greer, and we had a wonderful time with IPC leaders in the South Region.
At this event we unveiled some new information about International Leadership Conference, including new images, like the one you see here.
We had a great time in Atlanta, and the conference was a poignant example to me of why ILC is so important. We draw strength from each other, and we learn from each other. Gathering together creates electricity and momentum, and the excitement that is felt in these meetings cannot be duplicated.
ILC is the biggest event of the year. There's no doubt about it. If you're going to attend only one TNI event in the year it needs to be ILC.

 Floyd Holdman, a Triple Diamond Black Pearl and member of the Millionaires Club, has been a pillar of strength in the Tahitian Noni International organization from the very beginning. Floyd has always been a wonderful example of dedication, loyalty, hard work and passion.
Floyd has been with us since our company was founded in 1996, and his passion for TNI hasn’t diminished in the slightest.
Recently Floyd earned $5,197 just in Fast Start Bonus checks, including one check for more than $2,200! And he did it all in a SINGLE MONTH. Remember, Fast Start Bonuses are awarded to IPCs with new, growing volume through five generations. Floyd’s great achievement is all because his business continues to grow!
Recently we sat down with Floyd to talk about his success and his thoughts as a Tahitian Noni IPC.
TNI: What is your overall philosophy as a TNI distributor?
Floyd Holdman: Every wealth creator is clear about two things: a vision and a mission. Ann and I have made John Wadsworth's vision on that hilltop in Nuka Hiva our own. There is a big difference in believing in something and knowing it. We don't just believe in Tahitian Noni International and Tahitian Noni, we know it is the best thing out there. We know we are changing lives for the better. Once you have this knowledge, nothing can stop you. When you know what you are doing is right and that you are being of service to others, never let another person dictate your actions. Look at yourself as a "Wealth Creator" not a wealth taker.
TNI: How did you reach this great achievement?
FH: I wrote down my goals for this year in January and look at them every day. I have reached them all. Why? Because they have become a part of my subconscious mind. What you expect will happen if it is combined with action. Dream big and never stop reaching for the top. Prove yourself right!
TNI: What’s next for you and your organization?
FH: I am set to prove that the best years for Tahitian Noni International are still in the future. Sure, the past has been great but the future is going to be even better. Our greatest growth is still to come. The only question is, "Will you be there?"

p>John Wadsworth's Global Update
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am so excited for the coming months. It will soon be the holiday season in so many places around the world. The weather is changing, people are changing their focus to gratitude, and many are beginning to provide service for others.
At the end of November, we will be celebrating Thanksgiving here in the U.S.—a day set aside to celebrate all we have and to share some of that bounty with others. As president of TNI, there is much I have to be grateful for. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to be a part of producing TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. I am grateful for the other founders who worked to bring this company to life, and believed in our mission. I am grateful for a wonderful Executive Team that works daily to ensure we are doing all we can to be strong and to get our story out to the world. And I am immensely grateful to you for the hard work that you do.
I have had the opportunity to travel extensively this year to visit our international markets. I recently visited South East Asia where I traveled to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Korea. The month before that, I was in Europe. And now I am currently writing this letter in Japan after spending a week in Thailand with many of our regional leaders. Our wonderful Vice Presidents have dedicated much of their time to visiting our markets worldwide as well. The gratitude I have in my heart for those I meet who are actively growing the business is overwhelming.
IPCs come from far and wide to participate in our meetings, and often bring friends and family to hear the stories that are shared. These are the strongest stories I hear. The stories that each of you are telling. I hear stories of health and stories of joy.
I hope each of us will take this excitement and infuse it into our business. I hope we take gratitude and do the same. Show others what you are showing me in these meetings—your passion, your dedication, and your belief.
President John F. Kennedy once said, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” I promise to live by my words of appreciation to you. I promise to work hard to spread the message of this company, a message and mission I am most grateful for. I encourage you to do the same. Make decisions to act on the experiences you have had with our products. Tell your story.
TNI is a great company heading in an exciting direction. Let’s all be grateful for that.
