70% Rule - Distributors must sell, consume, or use at least 70% of all products purchased in the previous order before ordering additional product.
ASQV4 - AutoShip Qualifying Volume through four straight generations per personal link with Preferred Customer (PFC) compression. ASQV4 counts the first 120 QPV purchased monthly by yourself and distributors currently enrolled in the Case AutoShip program. Applications: • Personal Paid-as Titles: Starting July UNLV 2004, all distributors must have at least 480 ASQV4 to be paid UNLV commissions on placed volume. • Top Performer Bonus: To qualify for Top Performer Bonus, a distributor must: 1. Have a placement paid-as Jade title 2. Be Case AutoShip qualified 3. Have at least 480 ASQV4 4. Acquire a QV6 increase of 35% from the previous month’s QV6
Active distributor - A distributor is required to maintain a minimum activity level in order to continue to receive the benefits of being a Tahitian Noni International distributor. These privileges may include receiving Fast Start and Unilevel commissions and all other bonuses, and sponsoring new distributors into the organizations. This minimum activity requirement is either of the following options:

1. Be a participant in the Case AutoShip program.
2. Have at least 60 total QPV in the current and prior two calendar months, and:

a. Have at least one placement-sponsored distributor on the first level with at least 60 total QPV accumulated over the current and prior 2 calendar months, or
b. Have at least one personally sponsored distributor with at least 60 total QPV accumulated over the current and prior 2 calendar months.

If a distributor does not meet either set of requirements above, that distributor is placed on Preferred Customer Status (PFC). While no purchase of product is required to initially become a distributor with Tahitian Noni International, this minimum activity requirement is necessary to receive any of the benefits of an active distributor. (See “Preferred Customer Status (PFC)” in this glossary section).

Note: PFC status applies only to distributors who have been with TNI for at least three calendar months.
Area Conventions - Conventions held around the world the years there is no International Convention; these areas include North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Japan.
Automatic Clearing House (ACH) - One way to purchase product through automatic withdrawal from a distributor’s checking account to Tahitian Noni International’s account.
Biennial - Success Path events occurring every second year.
Black Pearl Bonus (BPB) - A pro-rata share of 3% of all Tahitian Noni International’s worldwide Converted Commissionable Volume (CCV) for a given quarter. There is no limit on the dollar amount of this pool, which is distributed on a quarterly basis.
Black Pearl Club - Available to distributors who have personally sponsored three paid-as Diamond Pearls for all three months of the qualifying quarter and are CAS qualified each month within a calendar quarter, club members are invited to attend Tahitian Noni International’s Black Pearl Trip to Tahiti, held every other year.
Black Pearl Cruise - Success Path Step 7. A two week long Tahitian Cruise held biennially. Benefits include travel, lodging and a food package for two. Please see Success Path Qualifications for this specific event.
Board of Directors - The five founders/executives of Tahitian Noni International/Morinda: Kerry Asay, Kim Asay, John Wadsworth, Kelly Olsen, and Stephen Story.
Breakage - Volume or commission that goes unpaid because a distributor is no longer qualified to receive commissions from her downline. In most network marketing companies, this amount rolls up to the company instead of the distributors in the upline. Tahitian Noni International’s compensation plan does not have breakage and pays out the most commissions of any company of its kind. With TNI, the commission is divided among the remaining distributors in the upline.
CAS20 - Case AutoShip Volume through 20 straight levels per placement link with Preferred Customer (PFC) compression. CAS20 counts the first 120 QPV purchased monthly by yourself and distributors currently enrolled in the Case AutoShip program.

Application:
• Infinity Bonus: Once a distributor has qualified for Infinity Bonus (the distributor has a placement paid-as title of Diamond Pearl Elite or higher), the distributor’s CAS20 is used to determine by pro rata the dollar share the distributor will receive.
CAS6 - Case AutoShip Volume through 6 straight levels per placement link with Preferred Customer (PFC) compression. CAS6 counts the first 120 QPV purchased monthly by yourself and distributors currently enrolled in the Case AutoShip program.

Applications:
• Top Performer Bonus: Once a distributor has qualified for the Top Performer Bonus, the CAS6 figure is used to determine by pro rata the dollar share the distributor will receive.
• Black Pearl Bonus: CAS6 is used to calculate by pro rata the pearl share given to qualified Pearls whose personal sponsors receive the Diamond Pearl share of the Black Pearl Bonus.
CAS8 - Case AutoShip Volume through 8 straight levels per placement link with Preferred Customer (PFC) compression. CAS8 counts the first 120 QPV purchased monthly by yourself and distributors currently enrolled in the Case AutoShip program.

Applications:
• Black Pearl Bonus: CAS8 is used to determine by pro rata the Diamond Pearl shares and Black Pearl shares of the Black Pearl Bonus.
Calendar Month - From the first day to the last day of a given month, as opposed to a 30-day or 4-week period.
Case AutoShip (CAS) Program - A program available to Tahitian Noni International distributors who want to guarantee that they maintain their QPV (see “Qualifying Personal Volume” in this glossary section).

The unconditional program allows TNI to ship one case (4 bottles) of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, equaling 120 QPV, to participating distributors each month.

The conditional program directs TNI to ship one case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice on the 15th of each month only if the distributor has not already qualified for the minimum 120 QPV.
Case AutoShip Qualified (CASQ) - A monthly order of QV delivered automatically. Case AutoShip is the foundation for a distributor’s success, enabling optimum commissions and bonuses. Case AutoShip Qualification is a requirement for all bonuses and personal rebates.
Club Marquesas - Success Path Step 9. A Tahitian Cruise held once every five years and more as qualifiers require. Benefits include hotel suite and business class travel for two. Please see Success Path Qualifications for this specific event.
Co-Applicant - A secondary applicant within a distributorship. Co-applicants may contact Tahitian Noni International in the name of the distributor, receive information about the distributorship, and place wholesale orders under the distributor ID number.
Compressed Generation - The generation that results from dynamic compression. It is used for Fast Start Bonus calculation and labeled as FS1, FS2, FS3, FS4, and FS5.
Compressed Level - The level that results from dynamic compression. It is used for Unilevel calculation and labeled as R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and R8.
Conditional AutoShip - With Conditional AutoShip, distributors may order any products to meet their AutoShip requirement of 120 QPV; even if the distributor does not place a different order by the 15th, their stand-by order is sent to the distributor automatically.
Consumer Direct Catalog - A business-building tool, distributors can submit names of prospective clients, requesting a retail product catalog be sent to them. Each purchase made from these clients is credited to the appropriate distributor ID number, increasing that distributor’s monthly volume and commissions.
Converted Commissionable Volume (CCV) - The Commissionable Volume (CV) in different currencies converted into U.S. dollars.
Coral - This is the first leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase one case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice or the equivalent of 120 QPV. Corporate Office - Headquarters, where all support materializes for distributors worldwide.
Country Manager - The person responsible for local implementation and contact with the local distributors to resolve issues in his or her market.
Credits and Returns Policy - Product received within 30 days of the order date will receive 100% credit or exchange, less original shipping. Product received from 30 to 180 days of the original order date will receive a 90% credit or exchange, less original shipping costs. Products received after 180 days from the order date will not be refunded unless the distributor is terminating his or her contract with Morinda.
Currency Exchange Fee - Tahitian Noni International (TNI) pays commissions in the local currency of the distributorship as a benefit and convenience for its distributors and will continue to do so. As you may know, when currency is exchanged, however, there is commonly a fee associated with this service. TNI has historically never charged for this currency exchange service, but unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for free any longer. Beginning in January 2004, TNI will charge a monthly currency exchange fee of 0.5% for global bonuses and commissions earned from any foreign currency if the commissions are over $2,000 a month. This fee will allow TNI to continue to offer its seamless and borderless plan to all TNI distributors.
Data Processing Fee - Tahitian Noni International (TNI) applies a Data Processing Fee of $0.90 (USD) for all commission earnings over $10.00. This fee consists of the costs for processing and sending commission payments, which includes—but is not limited to—postage, printing, paper, supplies, etc.
Diamond Pearl (DIAM) - This is the fourth leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase 120 QPV of product, have three personally sponsored paid-as Pearls in your downline, and a total of 24,000 QV6.

Unilevel Royalties:
• Paid through eight levels
• Possible Top Performer Bonus (TPB): Placement paid-as title used
• Possible Black Pearl Bonus (BPB): Placement paid-as title used

Distributor Agreement - A legal contract between a distributorship and Morinda. Every new distributor must complete this agreement in order to sell products.
Distributor Kit - A package of information providing a complete introduction to Tahitian Noni International for new distributors, and the basic tools necessary to quickly begin building a successful business.
Distributor Owned Warehouse (DOW) - The Distributor Owned Warehouse program allows established Tahitian Noni International distributors to provide products and certain services to a designated group of distributors residing in remote areas around the world where distribution of Tahitian Noni International’s products and services might otherwise be unfeasible. The purpose of this program is to provide opportunity where a Tahitian Noni International office and/or distribution facility is not possible.
Distributor Titles - Distributor titles are leadership positions that allow distributors to qualify for commissions. A distributor is usually referred to by his or her highest achieved title. Distributors also have “paid-as” titles which refer to a distributor’s achievement on any given month. “Maintenance” is what is required of a distributor to be “paid-as” a certain title after it has been achieved or surpassed.
Doing Business As (DBA) - “Doing Busines As” permits distributors to create a personalized name for their distributorship. The distributorship lists all of their personal information, including their social security number, under a Tahitian Noni International business name.
Double Diamond Pearl (DDIAM) - This is the sixth leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase 120 QPV of product, have four personally sponsored placement paid-as Pearls in your downline, and a total of 96,000 QV8.

Downline - These are the distributors who you have either personally sponsored or who have been placed beneath you by other distributors in your upline. You will serve as a resource for training and encouragement to these distributors. They will also help you qualify for commissions and titles.
Duplicate Order (DUP) - A replication of any order due to damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped product.
Dynamic Compression - Compresses all Commissionable Volume (CV) from infinity, based on paid-as titles, to guarantee that the maximum commissions are paid out on every level instead of allowing payouts to roll up to the company when someone drops out. The TNI Unilevel plan pays out eight fully compressed levels using Dynamic Compression, which ensures that the maximum commissions are paid out to each qualifier going up line from the purchase. Dynamic Compression is available without limit in our fully supported markets and limited in others, according to specific country cost and profitability characteristics. For information regarding this feature in specific markets, contact TNI’s Commissions department.
Fast Start Bonus - An accelerated commission paid to all qualified leaders on commissionable volume for the first 60 days of the newly sponsored distributor. This 60-day period is called the Fast Start period, and the bonus received is the Fast Start Bonus. Fast Start Bonus is designed to put income into the pockets of distributors very quickly.
Fast Start Period - The 60-day period, beginning with a distributor’s first commissionable purchase, in which the new distributor’s Commissionable Volume (CV) is eligible for Fast Start Bonus (FSB) payout under specific conditions.
Footprint - A graph composite comparing TAHITIAN NONI® Juice’s key chemical markers, compounds, and indictors to other products. Show how the juice’s unique makeup adds up to a quality product.
Founders Club - A club for distributors who have qualified as Pearl leaders within the designated qualification dates, which usually fall shortly after Tahitian Noni International enters a new market.
Founding Principles - Tahitian Noni International was founded upon eight core principles: (1) honesty and integrity, (2) fair treatment of all individuals, (3) strong leadership, (4) honorable and frugal business, (5) finest distributor support of any company (6) open-mindedness (7) hard work and, (8) gratitude.
French Polynesia - French island territory located in the South Central Pacific. Tahitian Noni International is the exclusive noni fruit harvester in the region.
Generation - Distributors that you personally sponsor become your first generation. Your second generation refers to distributors who are personally sponsored by your first generation, etc.
Global TNI Executive - Success Path Step 10. The highest level of Success Path recognition and achievement. Entitles the qualifier to attend any Success Path Event free of charge. Please see Success Path Qualifications for this specific event/achievement.
Ia’Orana - A monthly newsletter purposed to recognize successful distributors and to update all distributors of current campaigns and events, and the vision of Tahitian Noni International. The title means, “That you may live.”
Infinity Bonus (IB) - A bonus pool designed as an additional reward for those distributors who excel in building strong downline organizations beyond eight levels. This bonus pool is 3% of Tahitian Noni International’s worldwide Converted Commissionable Volume (CCV) for a given month from the company’s 10th level to infinity. There is no limit on the dollar amount of this pool or the amount of qualifiers who can participate.

The infinity bonus pool is divided pro rata by CAS20 or discounted CAS20 among the qualifiers. The three types of qualifiers are the following:

1. Placement Paid-as Diamond Pearl Elites who are CAS qualified use 25% of their CAS20 to calculate their pro-rata share.

2. Placement Paid-as Double Diamond Pearls who are CAS qualified use 50% of their CAS20 to calculate their pro-rata share.

3. Placement Paid-as Triple Diamond Pearls who are CAS qualified use 100% of their CAS20 to calculate their pro-rata share.
International Convention - An annual convention held every other year in Salt Lake City, Utah; every distributor worldwide is invited.
International Noni Certification Council - A non-profit organization created to educate the public about the benefits of morinda citrifolia, establish standards to protect the integrity of the international noni market, and provide a forum for noni researchers to publish their scientific findings.
Jade - This is the second leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase one case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice or the equivalent of 120 QPV, have three personally sponsored placement paid-as Corals in your downline, and have a total of 4,800 QV6.

Kosher - Process that conforms to Judaic dietary laws; a Rabbi oversees the manufacturing of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice.
Lead Share Program - When a prospective distributor contacts Tahitian Noni International without contact from an existing distributor first, Tahitian Noni International assigns that person a referral number, which corresponds with an active distributor’s ID number. Referrals are rotated through active distributors Paid as Pearl or above by state and then by country.
Leadership Conference - A three-day event held every other year to introduce the coming year’s marketing strategy and to give coinciding training; All distributors are invited to attend.
Level - Distributors that you placement sponsor become your first level. Your second level refers to distributors who are placement sponsored by your first level, etc.
Million Dollar Club/Career Achievement - Success Path Step 8. Special recognition to all distributors who achieve cumulative earnings in excess of $1 million USD. Please see Success Path Qualifications for this specific event/achievement.
Multi-level/Network Marketing - Distributors are compensated for introducing new customers to a product line, and for recruiting potential distributors to do the same. Compensation distributes throughout the multi-level payout chain entitling up-line individuals to income earned through the efforts of others in the lower levels of the sales organization they have created, even though they are not directly involved in every sale of the product. Each time a customer (in a distributor’s organization) makes a purchase, the distributor receives additional income.
Non-Case AutoShip (NCAS) - A distributor not enrolled to receive case AutoShip.
Non-PV Products - Items sold to distributors without a point volume; examples include the Distributor Kit and most promotional items.
Noni - A fruit extracted from a large plant, reaching 15-20 feet in height; blossoms of the tree are a creamy, white color, and yield fruit year-round; mature noni fruit are potato-sized, resemble a small breadfruit, and change color from yellow to white.
OU - An abbreviation for “Orthodox Union.” The certifying mark of authenticity on products deemed kosher by the Orthodox Union.

Outrigger Club - Step 6 of the Success Path or also called Diamond Pearl Camp. Distributors who have is personally paid as Diamond Pearl or above 4 to 12 months and who has cumulative reach 100,000 cumulative QV4 are qualified to attend an Outrigger Trip. The qualification period is a calendar year.
Paid-as Title - Because Tahitian Noni International allows distributors to keep their titles once they qualify, even if they fail to qualify later, it is important to distinguish between those who once qualified and those who remain qualified. The phrase “paid-as title” signifies that the distributor not only has been a leader at that position at one time, but also presently qualifies during that particular month to hold the leadership position.

TNI uses two paid-as titles to pay Unilevel commissions: placement paid-as title and personal paid-as title.
Pearl - This is the third leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase 120 QPV of product, have three personally sponsored placement paid-as Jades in your downline, and have a total of 24,000 QV6.

Unilevel Royalties: Paid through seven levels + possible Top Performer Bonus (TPB) and Black Pearl Bonus (BPB)

Placement Paid-as Title Maintenance: Achieve 120 QPV and one of the following:
• 24,000 QV6
OR
• 30,000 QV7

Personal Paid-as Title Maintenance:
• 120 QPV
• 24,000 QV6 Personal OR 30,000 QV7 Personal

Pearl Camp - Success Path Step 4. A week-long training held annually at the TNI Corporate Headquarters in Provo, Utah. Pearl Camp benefits include travel, lodging and food package for two for all qualified distributorships. Distributors can only attend once. Pearl Magazine - Tahitian Noni International’s premier recognition publication commemorates the achievements of distributors worldwide and is published in North America, Japan, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Pedigree - A line of heritage or lineage; Tahitian Noni International’s pedigree of thousands of years of history, leading manufacturing and quality assurance technology, and the many unique people and places that have made TAHITIAN NONI® Juice a world of expanding opportunities sets us apart from the competition.
Peripheral Products - All products Tahitian Noni International manufactures outside of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice; these products contain Morinda citrifolia, utilizing its amazing benefits.
Personal Paid-as Title - Determined by QV6 Personal, QV7 Personal, or QV8 Personal. It is used to earn Unilevel (UNLV) commissions on placed volume.

The following list outlines the qualifications for each personal paid-as title:
• Distributor: 30 QPV and 480 ASQV4
• Coral: 120 QPV and 480 ASQV4
• Jade: 4,800 QV6 Personal and 480 ASQV4
• Pearl: 24,000 QV6 Personal and 480 ASQV4
or 30,000 QV7 Personal and 480 ASQV4
• Diamond Pearl: 42,000 QV8 Personal and 480 ASQV4
• Diamond Pearl Elite: 72,000 QV8 Personal and 480 ASQV4
• Double Diamond Pearl: 96,000 QV8 Personal and 480 ASQV4
• Triple Diamond Pearl: 120,000 QV8 Personal and 480 ASQV4

**Please note: Until July 2005 UNLV, the personal paid-as title will automatically match the placement paid-as title if a distributor maintains at least 480 ASQV4 each month.

Beginning July 2005 UNLV, the personal paid-as title will be achieved by reaching the required QV6 Personal, QV7 Personal, or QV8 Personal volumes in addition to the 480 ASQV4.

The personal paid-as title will be used indefinitely for qualification in the Success Path program and for qualification in receiving UNLV commissions from placed volume.

Also, in the same month, the personal paid-as title will never be higher than the placement paid-as title.

Personal Rebate Commissionable Volume (PRCV) - CAS distributors’ monthly CV over the CV associated with monthly 120 QPV. For example, if a CAS distributor purchases a product with 200 QV and 150 CV, the PRCV will be ((200-120)/200*150) = 60. The regular CV is 90, which is associated with 120 QPV.
Personal Sponsor - This is the Tahitian Noni International distributor who is directly above you in your generation upline.
Personal Use Program - A program used to help distributors get products that have not yet been approved for sale in their country; they may legally order product directly from Tahitian Noni International for their personal use only.
Personal rebate - The 20% rebate a CAS distributor receives on his or her Personal Rebate Commissionable Volume (PRCV). This rebate serves as a discount for volume purchasing.
Personally Linked Volume - All volume that comes from you, your personally sponsored distributors, their personally sponsored distributors, and so on.
Personally Sponsored Distributor - An individual that you personally sign up and train to be a TNI distributor. Personally sponsored distributors constitute your first generation. Fast Start Bonuses, Personal Paid-as Title, and credit for rank advances are tied to your personally sponsored distributors.
Pinnacle - A proprietary computer database designed by Tahitian Noni International to organize distributorship, order, pedigree and commission information.
Placement Linked Volume - All volume emanating from your placement sponsored distributors, their downlines, and so on.
Placement Paid-as Title - Determined by QV6, QV7, or QV8 and downline titles. It is used to earn Unilevel (UNLV) commissions on personally linked volume.

The types of placement paid-as titles are the following:
• Distributor
• Coral
• Jade
• Pearl
• Diamond Pearl
• Diamond Pearl Elite
• Double Diamond Pearl
• Triple Diamond Pearl
Placement Sponsor - The distributor directly above you in your upline. This person may be your personal sponsor or another person, depending on the decision of your personal sponsor.
Policy Manual - Provides explanations and examples of all Tahitian Noni International’s policies and regulations for distributors, and is considered binding in the case of a distributor discrepancy.
Preferred Customer Status (PFC) - A distributor who has not fulfilled the minimum activity requirement for an active distributor. A distributor on preferred customer status will be allowed to continue purchasing product at the wholesale price using their distributor ID number and will also receive the retail profit from customers who use the distributor’s ID number as the referring number when purchasing product. Preferred Customers are ineligible for commissions, bonuses, and sponsorship of new distributors. (See “Active Distributor” in this glossary section.)

Previous Purchase Plan (PPP) - International distributors arrange to pick up their AutoShip orders by the end of each month at a will-call warehouse in their area; this plan enables them to receive all the benefits of a CASQ distributor.
Promotions - Items other than Tahitian Noni International’s standard product line to further build the TAHITIAN NONI® brand and motivate distributors.
Proprietary - Privileged, exclusive information owned by a group or individual; the ingredients, harvesting, and processing of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is proprietary information.
QV6 Personal - Personally linked qualifying volume through 6 placement levels. It is used to qualify for a personal paid-as title, which is used to earn Unilevel commissions on placement-linked volume. Applications: • Jade Personal Paid-as Title: Used to determine the Jade personal paid-as title in which the distributor must have at least 4,800 QV6 Personal. • Pearl Personal Paid-as Title: Used to determine the Pearl personal paid-as title in which the distributor must have at least 24,000 QV6 Personal.
QV7 Personal - Personally linked qualifying volume through 7 placement levels. It is used to qualify for a personal paid-as title, which is used to earn Unilevel commissions on placement-linked volume. Application: • Pearl Personal Paid-as Title: Used as one of the qualifications to determine the Pearl personal paid-as title in which the distributor must have at least 24,000 QV6 Personal or 30,000 QV7 Personal.
QV8 Personal - Personally linked qualifying volume through 8 placement levels. It is used to qualify for a personal paid-as title, which is used to earn Unilevel commissions on placement-linked volume. Applications: • Diamond Pearl Personal Paid-as Title: Used to determine the Diamond Pearl personal paid-as title in which the distributor must have at least 42,000 QV8 Personal. • Diamond Pearl Elite Personal Paid-as Title: Used to determine the Diamond Pearl Elite personal paid-as title in which a distributor must have at least 72,000 QV8 Personal.
Qualification - Criteria by which a distributor is allowed to attend Success Path trainings. See Success Path Qualifications.
Qualifying Compression - Qualifying Compression helps distributors achieve and maintain leadership titles by compressing qualifying volume (QV) over Preferred Customers.
Qualifying Personal Volume (QPV) - A distributor’s personal volume shown in points. This volume will also include qualifying volume (QV) from retail orders placed under the distributorship.
R1 - R8 - Royalty levels 1 through 8 are the levels that result from dynamic compression. These are the levels on which Unilevel (UNLV) commissions are paid. The difference between the level and the royalty level represents how many levels an order has compressed.
Re-qualification - Criteria by which a distributor is allowed to re-attend Success Path events. See Success Path Qualifications for specific events.
Reinstatement Fee - A $10AUD fee required to rise from Preferred Customer status to a distributor; essentially, it’s a reactivation fee.
Renewal Fee - A fee required annually to renew a distributorship; a distributor’s term will begin on the day he/she registers as a Tahitian Noni International distributor and will end exactly one year later; fee is waived for CASQ distributors.
Retail Price - The price a customer (not a distributor) pays for Tahitian Noni International products; purchased directly through Tahitian Noni International or directly from a distributor.
Retail Profit - Retail profit paid by Tahitian Noni International consists of the difference between the retail and wholesale price of the commissionable product. Distributors do not need to purchase a minimum amount of Qualifying Personal Volume (QPV) to receive retail profit. Even distributors considered Preferred Customers (PFC) can still receive retail profit.
Retail Sales - When a distributor sells directly to a consumer, he or she receives the retail profit for that purchase.
Royalties - These are the commissions paid to a distributor under the Unilevel (UNLV) plan. Royalty levels are labeled R1, R2, R3, etc.
Sales Aids - Flyers, booklets, and other promotional material available to help distributors share products and Tahitian Noni International’s Compensation Plan with others, generating further interest in the company.
Sales Office - An official Tahitian Noni International field office designed to support distributors on a local level. Sales offices provide sales support in conjunction with specialized Success Path training.
Sales Support - Call center agents who assist distributors by answering questions, tracking packages, and resolving problems.
Seamless Compensation Plan - A plan in which distributors are able to sponsor new distributors in any country in which Tahitian Noni International is open, promoting further business opportunities and greater commissions.
Sign-Up Fee - A $68AUD fee required to become a Tahitian Noni International distributor; upon payment, the distributor will be assigned a personal distributor ID number used to receive wholesale prices for product.
Success Path - Success Path consists of 10 steps. Each step is strategically designed to provide training, allowing distributors to progress to the next level of success as defined by the Tahitian Noni International compensation plan.
Success Path Travel and Qualifying Points - Distributors accumulate qualifying points based on Fast Start volume from levels 1-3. Distributors who exceed 10,000 qualification points (Travel 3) earn the right to spend points found on FS 1-3 for travel to TNI sponsored events. Distributors who exceed 25,000 qualification points (Travel 4) earn the right to spend points found on FS 1-4 for travel to TNI sponsored events. Distributors who exceed 60,000 qualification points (Travel 5) earn the right to spend points found on FS 1-5 for travel to TNI sponsored events. Distributors who exceed 150,000 qualification points (Travel 6) earn the right to spend points found on FS 1-6 for travel to TNI sponsored events.
TAHITIAN NONI™ Juice - 100% pure health supplement used by natives of French Polynesia for over 2,000 years; a juice of the noni plant, mixed in a proprietary formula owned by Tahitian Noni International, and therefore cannot be duplicated by competitors.
TNI Access - A company under contract with Tahitian Noni International and responsible for organizing markets where Tahitian Noni International is not yet open.
Tahiti Dream Line - A recruiting hotline which individuals interested in TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, or the business opportunities Tahitian Noni International offers may call and enter to win a drawing for a free trip to Tahiti; individuals are also be able to obtain further information and even sign up as a distributor.
Tahitian Noni Times - An electronic newsletter containing news of global interest, and typically distributed biweekly by Premier Leader Representatives to distributor leaders worldwide.
Testimonials - Personal experiences with TAHITIAN NONI® Products, relayed to strengthen the value of and belief in the products.
Total Payout - The total payout for each order will reach 53% of the total Commissionable Volume (CV) (45% for Fast Start Bonus (FSB) or Unilevel (UNLV), 2% for Top Performer Bonus (TPB), 3% for Infinity Bonus (IB), and 3% for Black Pearl Bonus (BPB) = 53%).
Triple Diamond Pearl (TDIAM) - This is the seventh and highest leadership position. To qualify, you must purchase 120 QPV of product, have five personally sponsored placement paid-as Pearls in your downline, and a total of 120,000 QV8.

Wholesale Direct Catalog - A catalog designed specifically for distributors, showing wholesale prices, QV, and promotional items.
Wholesale Price - A discounted price offered to distributors on products.
Will Call - Distributors are able to pick up their orders personally from Tahitian Noni International warehouses, avoiding shipping fees, and saving time necessary for delivery.
Workbook - Printed companion to live, in-home and web based Success Path trainings.
(CV) - The value on which commissions or bonuses are calculated. Although the payment percentage of commissions and bonuses remains the same worldwide, the CV can vary country by country because it is based on local currency.
