Apply for HIRO™ Retail Locations Beginning April 2
Ia'Orana! Beginning April 2, U.S. IPCs can start submitting applications to sell HIRO™ products in retail locations, salons, boutiques, restaurants, and more! Heres how it works:
Below you'll find links to the policies for selling HIRO™ in retail locations, as well as a list of frequently asked questions. You'll also find this information in the HIRO™ section of Noni Office. In addition to the retail locations, you can also begin applying now to sell HIRO™ in vending machines across the U.S.; however, TNI Compliance won't begin approving these vending machine requests until April 30. Frequently Asked Questions about HIRO™ Retailing and Vending Q. How can I advertise HIRO™ products at retail establishments? A. For HIRO™ products, the advertising policy is as follows: HIRO™ product advertisements may be displayed from the inside and outside of retail establishments provided that the owner of the establishment consents to it. This advertising policy applies only to HIRO? products and does not apply to any other Tahitian Noni® products. HIRO™ products may also be sold inside the establishments. Please note TNI?s policy for the sale and display of all other Tahitian Noni® products: Tahitian Noni® products may not be sold, displayed, or stored in public retail establishments such as health food stores, grocery stores, chain stores, or shopping malls, or other establishments in which the primary function is the retail sale of products as opposed to professional services. Tahitian Noni International?s promotional materials may not be displayed inside or outside of such retail establishments.
A. IPCs may not advertise, promote, or sell HIRO™ products through on-line retail establishments such as eBay. The retail policy for HIRO™ products applies only to physical locations and establishments and does not include retail Internet establishments. IPCs may advertise and sell HIRO™ products on their personal websites and on their Noni Office websites. Please refer to the Tahitian Noni International Policy Manual for further guidelines and policies for personal website advertising.
A. IPCs may not sell HIRO™ products through home shopping television programs. The retail policy for HIRO™ products applies only to physical locations and establishments.
A. IPCs may order the Advantage Pack of HIRO™ products, which include a pricing benefit and a CV benefit to the IPC. TNI does not offer pricing breaks beyond the set pricing for HIRO™ products and Advantage Packs at this time.
A. HIRO™ products may be advertised, sold, displayed, and stored in public retail establishments, Any issue regarding the eligibility of a retail location under this policy will be resolved at the sole discretion of TNI Compliance. Because submittals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, if IPCs have a questions about whether an establishment fits this category or not, they may submit it to the TNI Compliance Department and receive an answer concerning their particular case.
A. TNI has outlined that chains stores constitute retail establishments that are a franchise, concession, branch, division, or outlet of a particular company or corporation. Also, chains stores are considered establishments with operations in more than one state or with several establishments within one state. All applications for chain establishment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A. Yes, IPCs may promote and sell HIRO™ products in restricted-access service establishments such as beauty salons, clubs, gyms, and doctor's offices. HIRO™ product advertisements may be displayed from the inside and outside of restricted access establishments provided that the owner of the establishment consents to such advertising and the IPC has received approval from TNI Compliance for the advertising and to retail HIRO™ products in that location.
A. Advertisements are restricted to the vending machine itself and can only be about HIRO™ products. IPCs may not advertise any other Tahitian Noni® products on the vending machine. IPCs may include their contact information on the vending machine.
A. IPC may not place advertisements at the establishment where the vending machine is located if the location is a big-box store or in national or regional chain store, or any other establishment that has not been approved by the TNI Compliance Department for HIRO™ product retailing. This includes advertisements inside and outside of the establishment (e.g., bulletin boards, newsletters, weekly ads).
A. HIRO? products must be advertised at a price higher than the lowest wholesale price. Currently, the lowest wholesale price is the Advantage Pack price: $2.29/can. Therefore, the lowest advertised price must be at least $2.30/can.
A. IPCs may create variety in their vending machines in order to target a wider demographic. They may include other products commonly offered in vending machines. All products must comply with TNI's ?Promotion of Competing Products' policy in the Tahitian Noni International Policy Manual. IPCs may not include or sell any Tahitian Noni® products, other than HIRO™ products, in their vending machines.
A. More than one IPC may supply HIRO™ products to an establishment and more than one IPC may place a vending machine at an establishment, provided that the owner of the establishment agrees or allows for more than one IPC to do so. Consistent with the overarching concept of network marketing, retailing territories will not be allocated to specific IPCs. TNI will not arbitrate location-related disputes between IPCs or retailers.
A. All applications must be submitted through Noni Office. The TNI Compliance Department will respond to all HIRO™ product retailing and vending applications via the Noni Office retail and vending application function. All applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. All applications will be reviewed as quickly as the volume of applications allows. IPCs should allow two weeks for the processing of retail and vending applications. |
