HIRO Retailing ? Fridges, Vending Machines, and More

All HIRO retailing options are now on the table! You can apply to sell HIRO in retail locations, restaurants, health clubs, salons, businesses, and anywhere else you see a potential for retail profits. You can also apply to sell HIRO in vending machines anywhere in the U.S.

Retailing Policy Reminder

As you know, HIRO products are receiving more and more exposure, which has created amazing momentum and unprecedented opportunity for TNI?s Independent Product Consultants. TNI encourages IPCs to be proactive in advertising and promoting Tahitian Noni® products and TNI?s opportunity.

We would like to remind IPCs of the policies for the retail sale and promotion of HIRO products:

HIRO products may be advertised, sold, displayed, and stored in public retail establishments, such as health food stores and grocery stores, provided that the store owner or manager is an IPC or Rewards member or has agreed to have HIRO products sold in the retail location.

HIRO products may not be advertised, sold, displayed, or stored in big-box stores or in national or regional chain stores. Any issue regarding the eligibility of a retail location under this policy will be resolved at the sole discretion of TNI Compliance. IPCs have the responsibility to ensure that the store owner and manager understand TNI?s policies, including the policies regarding retail sales, advertising, and product claims. TNI reserves the right to revoke the registration of any retail location if TNI?s policies are violated by the retail establishment.

This policy applies only to HIRO products. Unfortunately, we?ve run into problems with IPCs selling, promoting and storing the rest of our Tahitian Noni products through retail establishments (e.g., retail stores, market places, health food stores, pharmacies). We remind everyone of the policy as stated in TNI?s policy manual:

IPCs may not sell Tahitian Noni products to non-Tahitian Noni International IPCs for the purpose of re-sale (i.e., storeowners). Tahitian Noni products may not be sold, displayed, or stored in public retail establishments such as health food stores, grocery stores, chain stores, or shopping malls, internet auction sites, internet malls, internet stores, virtual shopping sites or other establishments in which the primary function is the retail sale of products as opposed to professional services. Tahitian Noni International?s promotional materials may not be displayed inside or outside of such retail establishments.

TNI has also become aware of certain activities through online retail establishments. The sale and promotion of Tahitian Noni products, including HIRO, through online retail establishments such as eBay, Amazon.com, Alibaba.com, Yahoo! stores, etc., is strictly prohibited. We remind everyone of the policy as stated in TNI?s policy manual:

IPCs may not sell Tahitian Noni products on Internet sites, including but not limited to online malls, online auctions, online stores, or virtual shopping sites.  Such sites are considered to be public retail establishments by TNI.

HIRO products may not be advertised, sold, or displayed on internet auction sites, internet malls, internet stores, or virtual shopping sites. IPCs are allowed to advertise and sell HIRO products on their personal websites. Any issue regarding the eligibility of a website under this policy will be resolved at the sole discretion of TNI Compliance.
