Friends, I am mesmerized by the view out of my hotel window this evening. I'm in Mainz, Germany, just outside of Frankfurt, and my hotel room overlooks the historic Rhine River. I'm here with Shon Whitney, David Warren, Franz Gaag, and the entire Germany team to conduct a combination Jade Camp and Business Summit for the Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets. I'll get back to the scenery in just a bit; meanwhile, let me explain to you what has been going on here. In these meetings, we launched HIRO™ (TaHIRO™ in Europe) and the TNI Advantage system. The response blew us away. Over 2,000 IPCs attended this event and the energy in the room was overwhelming. There was electricity in the air and every leader in that room could feel it. We promptly sold out of TaHIRO and officially ushered in the second wave of growth here for TNI. Last week we were in Canada, where we celebrated their tenth anniversary as a TNI market. We were joined by Phil Sykes, Peter Gothe, Floyd and Ann Holdman, and a fantastic group of Canadian IPCs and staff. We launched HIRO and the TNI Advantage system during that event, too, and Canada promptly showed a 30% increase in sales over the same period for the previous month. From every part of the TNI world, we are getting reports of huge new energy and activity. In every meeting where we have the chance to really explain the TNI Advantage Pack and Case system, the lights go on and the bells ring. This is, no doubt, the most significant thing we have done to our business opportunity since we introduced our marketing plan in 1996. I wanted to take a minute tonight to give you a brief primer on this new Pack and Case system, and hopefully help you know why our entire world has changed in a very, very profound way. In 1996, we built our business framework on three foundational elements:
We built our marketing plan on the Case AutoShip program. We intentionally designed our plan to require everyone to commit to Case AutoShip in order to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses, Personal Rebates, and all other incentives. It naturally became automatic that new IPCs would come in to the company on Case AutoShip. In fact, did you realize that nearly 90% of all new IPCs that are sponsored into our business come in with a commitment to be on Case AutoShip Did you also realize that 87% of our sales volume comes from CAS qualified IPCs Truly, the Case AutoShip program has become the backbone of our business, and believe me every one of our competitors has tried to duplicate this success for their own business. Case AutoShip gives every new IPC a standard way to get into our business. No complex decisions; just sign up on Case AutoShip and you qualify for every aspect of our marketing plan. This is a very excellent example of how our marketing plan works hand-in-glove with a product and a system. In order to receive Fast Start Bonuses, the marketing plan requires that you be on Case AutoShip. This creates an immediate sense of need in the new IPC. They naturally want to participate in the plan fully, so they will meet this requirement. Otherwise, they simply are not serious. The product was perfect for this system as well. A case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice allowed a new IPC to get some product for their own use, and some to use to begin immediately building their business. Case AutoShip has been the backbone of our company from the beginning, and it fueled the first wave of growth as we got started in 1996. Well, of course we just entered the second wave of growth for TNI with the introduction of HIRO and TNI Advantage, which compliment perfectly Case AutoShip and TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. Let me explain. For your reference, the term Pack and Case refers to the purchase of an Advantage Pack and a case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. Just recently, we announced that in order to qualify for Personal Rebate, you must meet a one-time qualification of 500 QPV (cumulative) along with your normal Case AutoShip qualification. This new qualification creates a new threshold for our plan. Now, instead of just needing to be CAS qualified, a new IPC needs to think about reaching that 500 QPV requirement as quickly as possible. The Pack and Case purchase is designed to meet these qualifications exactly, simply, and immediately. The TNI Advantage system was designed to fulfill this new need perfectly by offering specialized product packs called Advantage Packs. An Advantage Pack is simply a special product sample pack containing products to help the new IPC begin their business. We designed these packs in such a way that everybody wins! First, the new IPC who signs up on the Pack and Case system immediately meets the qualification for Personal Rebate and all other elements of our compensation plan. They also receive special discounts and bonuses designed into the Advantage Packs that are not available any other way. This purchase gives them an inventory of product that carries a huge retail profit, thus allowing them to get their investment back plus a very good return. Second, the personal sponsor receives a special bonus that is attached to the Advantage Packs. The Advantage Bonus is 45% for the first pack purchased by a new IPC and 25% for subsequent pack purchases. This is in addition to the Fast Start income generated from the purchased case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. In the past, when you sponsored a new IPC on Case AutoShip, your immediate income would be $24.00 (20% of 120) from Fast Start Bonus. Now, by sponsoring a new IPC with the Pack and Case system, your immediate income would be as much as $226.00 (using the HIRO Advantage Pack) or $195.00 (using the TePoemä® Advantage Pack) from that one new IPC! Sponsor five IPCs with the Pack and Case system and your immediate earnings could be over $1000.00! Third, the upline organization benefits naturally from increased excitement, participation, new CAS qualified IPCs, and longer retention. In fact, this program will increase the residual income of all actively building upline leaders. Two very important things to remember:
So, very simply, if I am sponsoring a new IPC tonight, I will carefully explain to them that there are many participation options in joining TNI. But in order for them to fully participate in the entire marketing plan and incentives from the beginning, they must meet the 500 QPV requirement and be on Case AutoShip. I will encourage them to sign up using the Pack and Case concept and thus meet all their qualification requirements in one process and receive a perfect selection of inventory and special discounted prices that will allow them to immediately begin building their business. Already, thousands of IPCs have received Advantage Bonuses. This has created such energy in our business as reports are coming in of IPCs earning over $2000 in their first week of business. Remember, what TAHITIAN NONI® Juice and Case AutoShip were to our first wave, TNI Advantage Packs and the Pack and Case system are to our second wave. The wave has most definitely begun. I remember our early opportunity meetings when we would have new IPCs show their first Fast Start Bonus checks to the group as evidence of the potency of our marketing plan. Some would show $24.00 or $48.00 checks; some would even show first checks of over $100.00. I never witnessed any brand new distributor report that they earned $500 or $1000 in their first week in the business. This is happening now and it is MAGIC! Now, back to the Rhine River. It is a central part of the economy and culture of western Germany. Long, narrow, shallow draft boats churn up and down the river carrying freight to cities along its route, while specially designed cruise boats carry tourists and vacationers on a leisurely trip up and down the river. The late afternoon light is reflecting on the surface of the beautiful Rhine River, and along the banks hundreds of people are enjoying the atmosphere. Young couples are walking arm in arm, kids are kicking a soccer ball, a few folks are just sitting silently on benches watching the freight and passenger boats pass by. In the distance there is a carnival set up on the banks of the river. I hear kids screaming from the rides and the carnival music kind of get lost in the scene. Earlier this morning, I watched the sun rise directly over the river. It seemed to fill the sky, and the reflection on the river was dripping with color. I'm caught up in this scene right now and it is having a very positive effect on my heart. I can't help feeling a sense of gratitude for the moment and optimism for a very bright tomorrow. Just as the sun's spectacular appearance gives hope of a new day of possibilities, I see the beautiful sun rising on our Tahitian Noni business. It's giving a hint and promise of vast and wonderful future possibilities. We are entering an incredible new day in our business that will make success available to more people than we have ever seen before. I hope you sense this as well. You know, in the past 11 years, I have heard many, many people tell me that they wish they were around when TNI first started in 1996 so they could take advantage of that first wave. Well, if you are one of those with that wish, your wish just came true. With HIRO, TNI Advantage, and Pack and Case, 1996 is here again, but much, much better.
