During the TNI Team Challenge, teams of 6-8 IPCs will compete to increase Case AutoShip signups and build their businesses. This will help:

Q:  What is the TNI Team Challenge?
A:  The TNI Team Challenge is an action-oriented program designed to increase your Case AutoShip signups by rewarding business-building production and celebrating success in an exciting, motivational, and competitive way.

Q:  What is the purpose of the TNI Team Challenge?
A:  It’s simple—increase your CAS signups. Related goals include increased personal and organizational volume as well as new title qualifications, especially at the Coral Elite, Jade, Jade Elite, and Pearl levels.

Q:  Does it cost anything to join the TNI Team Challenge?
A:  Yes, the cost is $20 per player. This money will be used to fund the Challenge and pay for the rewards your team can earn.

Q:  Who can organize a team?
A:  Any Case AutoShip active Coral Elite or above can organize and run a TNI Team Challenge team. The IPC who organizes the team is the “Team Captain” and is responsible to direct the team during the program period and help its success. A Team Captain can reserve spots for IPCs whom he/she has invited to participate on the team.

Q:  How do I organize a team?
A:  Once registration opens on May 6, you’ll go to the TNI Team Challenge area inside Noni Office and select the “Create a Team” option. From there, you can email those IPCs whom you have contacted to be on your team. As those invited IPCs accept your invitation to join the team and register, an available slot on your Team Challenge team is taken up. Once all your team’s slots are taken, no additional players can join your team. Any slots left open may be filled by other IPCs who are looking to participate in the contest but have not been invited to join a team.

Q:  How do I join a team?
A:  If you have received an email invitation from a Team Captain, click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. If you have not been invited to join a team, go to the TNI Team Challenge section inside Noni Office and register to participate. You’ll then be able to see a list of teams looking for additional players.

Q:  What if I want to participate but don’t have a team?
A:  Go to the TNI Team Challenge section inside Noni Office and register to participate. You’ll then be able to see a list of teams looking for additional players.

Q:  Do my TNI Team Challenge team members have to be from my downline?
A:  TNI strongly recommends that teams members be from the same upline/downline organization. However, you may invite any active CAS IPC from your geographic area to join your team regardless of organization affiliation. IPCs looking to join teams will first be offered a list of teams from their own upline/downline.

Q:  Who should participate in the TNI Team Challenge?
A:  Anyone looking for a fun, competitive, and aggressive way to build their business. It is strongly recommended that all Jades and above form their own teams. In addition to forming their own teams, Diamond Pearls and above should encourage all the Pearls and Jades in their organization to form their own teams as well. The TNI Team Challenge is a great way to jumpstart a Coral Elite’s business and can facilitate leadership development at all pin levels.

Q:  How does the TNI Team Challenge facilitate leadership development for my TNI business?
A:  The TNI Team Challenge gives every IPC, regardless of rank, the opportunity to lead a team and develop and refine their ability to motivate, inspire, and help a team achieve its goals. Leaders will focus on the critical business building activities of developing a contact list, setting appointments, giving presentations, overcoming concerns, holding follow-ups, motivating a team to achieve a common goal, celebrating success (recognition), and developing titles in an organization. These time-proven activities are the key to building a successful business with TNI.

Q:  What types of activities should I focus on in the TNI Team Challenge?
A:  Simply put, just tell your story. Talking to others about your TNI business is at the heart of how you earn points in the TNI Team Challenge. Focus on the key weekly business activities that will help you sponsor new CAS IPCs—build a list, make contacts, give presentations, enroll prospects and help them do the same.

Q:  Are there any restrictions on the pin levels of team members?
A:  Only one Pearl or above is allowed per team. But all IPCs, no matter what pin level, are encouraged to participate in the TNI Team Challenge program.
